GRIZZLY BEAR - VECKATIMEST
I thought this was another form of Pitchfork pretentiousness, but I was wrong. Truly beautiful, harmonious music. Notable track: Ready, Able.

MOS DEF - THE ECSTATIC
If you want Black on Both Sides 2, fall back. Mos is spittin his ass off. True raw emceein.

BLACK EYED PEAS - THE E.N.D.
Couldn't finish it. That's all. Still better than Busta b/c I didn't expect anything whatsoever.

I wish this video actually got released. Best song on the album.
UPDATE: The entire video is up now.
Dope ass instrumental EP from one of my favorite producers out right now.
We are very excited to present Odd Summer, a (mainly) instrumental EP from Put Me On It family member Oddisee. It features three exclusive tracks - In Your Eyes, Sligo Creek, and That Day (instrumental). The photo in the artwork was taken by Oddisee, of Omdurman (Khartoum, Sudan), where he spent every summer growing up, swimming and fishing in the Nile.
GEORGIA ANNE MULDROW - MS. ONE
Raw hip-hop & R&B. If you're a fan of dope underground music, you'd be an idiot to pass it up.

HOLLYWEERD - CANDY FOR KLEPTOS
These dudes are 3 for 3. Very eclectic. Definitely something fresh for heads that are seeking something new.

MUHSINAH - THE OSCILLATION: TRIANGLE
Originality will get you places. More people need it. Muhsinah has it, and it made her come out with a perfect album in my opinion. Still playin in my car radio after a week. And I drive a lot.
10/10
I promise I don't feel as good about all releases as I do about this week's. I mean it would be great if all releases were this great, but they ain't.
